Hinterland Hills supplies premium Australian-grown wildflowers, proteas and native foliage from Knockrow in the Byron Hinterland to florists, studios and event businesses across Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head and the wider Northern Rivers region.
Our New South Wales farm works alongside our sister farm in Yelverton, Western Australia. By combining complementary growing seasons, we support a reliable year-round supply while each variety, quantity and stem length remains seasonal and subject to confirmation.

Wholesale FAQs
- Do you have a minimum wholesale order?
- There is no fixed minimum. We work with florists on both regular weekly supply and one-off orders — talk to us about what you need and we'll confirm what's practical for the week.
- Where do you deliver in NSW?
- We supply florists and event businesses across Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Mullumbimby and the wider Northern Rivers region. Delivery beyond that is by arrangement; collection from the farm in Knockrow is always welcome.
- How much notice do you need?
- For weekly orders we work to a standing schedule. For one-off or event orders, three or more days' notice helps us cut and pack to your specification.
- How are the flowers harvested and packed?
- Every stem is cut to order the morning of collection or dispatch. Bunches are conditioned in fresh water and grouped by variety and stem length so they arrive florist-ready.
- Can I request specific stem lengths or colour ranges?
- Yes — tell us what you need in your enquiry. Stem lengths and colours are seasonal, but we cut to order wherever the crop allows.
